Leupold deltapoint reflex viseur cross slot mount

Now I know why Deltapoint Pro website indicates that a mounting plate is coming for the FNX-45 Tactical. I sent a request to customer service to see if they had some sort of schedule. He didn't have a clue as to what I was asking about. Well, I guess if the optic won't fit in the slot, then there really isn't going to be a mounting plate.
